为了更好地适应公司运营需求，提升工作效率，经管理层研究决定，自 2025年4月1日 起，公司将对部分部门的工作时间进行适当调整。具体安排如下：

中文版本：

一、调整内容

自2025年4月1日起，行政部与市场部的工作时间将由原来的 上午9:00至下午6:00 调整为 上午8:30至下午5:30。

其他部门仍维持原有作息时间不变。

二、执行时间

本次调整将于 2025年4月1日（星期三） 正式生效。

三、注意事项

请各部门负责人提前做好内部沟通，确保员工了解并配合新的工作安排。如有特殊情况需请假或调整，请及时向直属主管报备。

In order to better adapt to the company's operational needs and improve work efficiency, after careful consideration, the management has decided to make some adjustments to the working hours of certain departments. The specific arrangements are as follows:
