I have a mobile phone. It is a small and beautiful one. My mother bought it for me last year. I use it to call my parents when I am at school. Sometimes I also use it to watch videos or play games. But I don’t use it too much because I know that using the phone too much is not good for my eyes.

I think the mobile phone is very useful. It helps me stay in touch with my family. However, I should use it wisely. I will not spend too much time on it. I will study hard and keep my eyes healthy.

我有一部手机。它很小很漂亮。去年妈妈给我买的。我在学校的时候用它给父母打电话。有时候我也用它看视频或玩游戏。但我不会用太多，因为我知道用手机太多对眼睛不好。

我觉得手机非常有用。它帮助我和家人保持联系。但是我要合理使用它。我不应该花太多时间在上面。我会努力学习，保护好我的眼睛。
