【l小学生英语作文】In my life, there are many things that make me happy. Among them, the most unforgettable one is the time when I wrote my first English composition.

It was a sunny morning in spring. Our English teacher asked us to write an English composition about our favorite animal. At first, I felt a little nervous because I was not very good at writing in English. But I decided to try my best.

I chose to write about a dog named "Buddy." I described how kind and friendly he was. I also told a story about how he helped me when I was sad. Even though my sentences were not perfect, I tried to use simple words and grammar. I spent a lot of time checking my work and asking my mom for help.

When I handed in my composition, I was very excited. A few days later, the teacher returned the papers. To my surprise, she gave me a high mark and said that my composition was very good. She even read it to the class! I felt so proud and happy.

From that day on, I became more interested in learning English. I started to practice writing every day. Now, I can write longer and better compositions. I still remember that first English composition—it was the beginning of my journey in learning English.

Writing in English is not easy, but it is very fun. I believe that with more practice, I will be able to write even better. I am looking forward to writing more stories in English in the future.
